Project Spotlight: Fantastic Redesign in Framingham

Built in 1957, the Sheffield residence once was an ordinary 800 square foot single level ranch style home. But, after careful planning, and a yearlong remodel, it is now a gorgeous and spacious colonial. This now extraordinary 2600 square foot home currently has two levels of high-end finishes.

The main living area includes an expansive living room with an open floor plan. The new construction Harvey Slimline windows have brightened up the interior on both floors. Also, the 2-lite factory mulled Harvey vinyl casement windows are the perfect balance of functionality and elegance for the high-end kitchen.

The Harvey vinyl patio door adds additional natural light and is ideal for outdoor entertaining on the back terrace. A trendy modern exterior adds curb appeal with white exterior casings popping against the Pacific Blue Certainteed vinyl siding.

Overall, the new Sheffield residence has been transformed into a 21st-century gem with a fantastic redesign, from initial vision to final product, by Yusra Design + Build.
